Join the Singapore Apprenticeship Program as an Apprentice and embark on a one-year program designed to provide a realistic career experience working in the financial services and gain real work experience as part of our innovative and exciting teams across our lines of businesses. Learning & development opportunities will also be provided throughout the program duration - including an induction training as well as senior management networking opportunities.
Over the course of the program, you will be provided the necessary training and also learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates. You will also get opportunities to meet senior colleagues and continue building your own professional network. You will develop essential knowledge and skills, and is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long term career with us.

Job Responsibilities
Corporate Tax
- Prepare and support tax filings, respond to authority queries, assist with regulatory changes, and provide tax consultation for business projects.
Finance
- Manage regulatory reporting and month-end close, produce and analyze daily P&L and risk reports, support new product or system projects, and drive process improvements.
Global Corporate Banking
- Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and client materials, coordinate with stakeholders, support senior bankers, and assist with business management, project execution, and presentations for senior management and clients.
Human Resource
- Analyse and validate HR data, support regulatory reporting, contribute to location-specific projects, and collaborate on solutions to enhance employee experience.
Operations
- Gain insight into how our businesses come together to serve our clients around the world; support business growth and risk management, implement service improvements, and contribute to team initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Payments
- Provide support for product development and client solutions, perform analysis to identify improvements, and assist in creating client-facing materials for management and business reviews.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Expected graduation date of April 2026 through May 2026 from Diploma qualification or Diploma Graduates with up to 2 years of work experience
- A well-rounded academic background
- All academic disciplines and majors are welcome
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and with strong attention to detail
- Available to start work in August 2026
