We’re looking for Commercial Graduates to start their career journey in our Construction business.
As a Commercial Graduate, you will be part of a collaborative delivery team, solving real-world challenges every day. You will contribute to scope of works planning, support the procurement of subcontractors, assist with contract reviews and negotiations with senior management, and help review tender opportunities, ensuring alignment with company policies. There will also be opportunities for you to develop and share new ideas and methodologies, taking into consideration not only commercial, but also financial, environmental, safety and quality aspects of tasks.

About you:
Joining our team as a Commercial Graduate, you will help us construct and maintain the transport infrastructure that connects and enhances the lives of communities across Australia. Delivering these exciting projects is no small task, but the lasting legacy they leave is big and tangible.

Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and be willing to relocate to take on opportunities across the country to progress your career development.
To be eligible, you must:
Have a valid right to work in Australia
Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2026
Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
