- VIPゲストおよびヒルトン・オナーズ上級会員への接客対応
- ラウンジ内での飲食サービスの提供（ブレックファスト・スナックタイム・カクテルタイム）
- ゲストからのお問い合わせやご要望への対応
- クレーム対応および問題解決
- 客室アサインやVIPアメニティの手配
- 各種予約手配・関連部署との調整業務
- ラウンジ運営、在庫管理、品質管理
- ヒルトン・オナーズ会員プログラムのご案内
- アップセル・アップグレード提案による収益向上への貢献
応募資格
- ホテルでのゲストサービス（宿泊部・料飲部・客室管理部）などの実務経験＜必須＞
- 日本語での円滑な接客対応ができる方
- 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方
