Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, architects, technical teams, and vendors across student records, admissions, financial aid, identity management, learning systems, analytics, and third-party applications.

Lead data conversion for Workday Student implementations across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining conversion approaches, analyzing legacy student data, mapping and transforming data, managing mock loads and validation, resolving data-quality issues, supporting testing and cutover, and coordinating production deployment. The consultant leads customer workshops, communicates risks, mentors others, and collaborates with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver accurate student data conversions.

Lead multiple enterprise Workday implementation engagements from post-sale initiation through completion. Own scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, change control, governance, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary escalation point for executive stakeholders, coordinate functional and technical delivery teams, manage financials and resources, support presales and follow-on work, mentor project members, and improve engagement management practices.

Drive customer and prospect value management across the sales cycle. Develop account strategies, value messaging, business cases, ROI models, executive presentations, and value-realization plans. Collaborate with sales, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and senior customer executives to connect Workday technology to strategic business objectives and demonstrate measurable impact.

Leads presales consulting for Workforce Management, Payroll, and HCM solutions. Delivers executive-level presentations, demonstrations, workshops, discovery sessions, proof-of-concept builds, and RFX responses. Supports opportunity qualification, solution design, implementation specifications, and sales closure while advising customers on HR processes and AI-enabled solutions. Requires strong payroll and workforce-management expertise, excellent communication and influencing skills, and travel exceeding 50%.

Lead data conversion workstreams throughout Workday implementation projects. Partner with customers and project teams to define conversion strategies, extract and transform legacy data, migrate configurations, load accurate data, reconcile datasets, and resolve technical issues. Facilitate requirements sessions, explain complex concepts to stakeholders, apply implementation best practices, and support successful deployments across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domains.

Lead design, development, and deployment of HCM reporting and analytics solutions (Workday, Prism, People Analytics). Advise clients on analytics strategy, troubleshoot reporting issues, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality, multi-country implementations.
