Support daily social media and community operations across X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn. Draft, schedule, and publish English posts and campaign content; monitor trends and community conversations; engage users; assist AMAs, giveaways, and events; track basic performance metrics and coordinate with Marketing on content calendars and campaign execution.

Design, build, and optimize low-latency backend services for a high-performance trading platform. Develop and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs with Java and Spring, implement highly concurrent, scalable systems, operate with message brokers, databases, and in-memory stores, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, business, and DevOps teams.

Provide bilingual (Chinese/English) customer support for a crypto trading platform: resolve user issues, educate on features and security, log interactions, escalate feedback to Product/Operations/Marketing, and suggest product improvements to boost engagement and retention.

The Business Development role involves managing client relationships, driving user acquisition, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. Responsibilities include building partnerships, expanding market reach, and developing growth strategies for retail clients in the crypto space.
