Oversees local implementation of global People initiatives, manages HR processes and data, advises on workplace legislation, supports organizational development, and coaches HR team members during a 12-month parental leave contract.

Processes Australia and Hong Kong payroll through ADP, including timesheet review, pay calculations, deductions, adjustments, reconciliations, records maintenance, and issue resolution. Prepares payroll journals, vouchers, general ledger entries, partner compensation payments, and payslips. Ensures compliance with payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, FBT, GST, and related obligations while supporting finance reporting and payment approvals.
