Deploys and maintains security solutions for clients and internal infrastructure. Hands-on work with SIEM, EDR, mail gateways, and cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS). Troubleshoots complex SOC environments, conducts onsite security assessments and architecture reviews, produces diagrams and documentation, and supports SOC and engineering teams while working directly with clients.

The Technical Customer Success Manager will analyze client data, conduct reviews, deliver actionable recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction in security services.
