Provide timely, professional customer service across channels, resolve client issues, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously learn market and platform knowledge to support business growth.

Support financial product sales by learning broking/clearing services, engaging stakeholders in Chinese and English, assisting with client interactions, and gaining hands-on experience in Forex, CFDs, equities, and bonds markets.

Drive sales of TMGM forex and CFD products, build and nurture client relationships, handle high-volume outbound calls, provide multi-channel client service, meet KPIs and sales targets, and expand market and product knowledge.
