Lead end-to-end sales for Disney+ and ESPN streaming inventory, delivering revenue targets through insight-led video solutions. Build senior agency/client relationships, negotiate long-term agreements, forecast and manage pipelines, partner with Ad Ops/Product for campaign execution, and mentor client partners to drive market growth.

Provide administrative and operational support to the APAC DDI Director and team: manage calendars and meetings, process travel/expense claims and invoices, support SAP and finance reporting, prepare presentations and team documentation, coordinate events and stakeholder communications, and maintain team records and databases to ensure smooth regional operations.

Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle for Australia & New Zealand: manage onboarding/offboarding, leave, performance and disciplinary matters, support Talent & Growth and learning programs, administer HR systems and communications, coordinate benefits and HR projects, and collaborate with HR centres of excellence to ensure compliance and a high-quality employee experience.
