Identify and mitigate schedule risks, analyse variances, support project controls, and provide actionable reporting to leadership while coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Manages ISIT procurement categories, supplier portfolios, strategic sourcing, RFIs and RFQs, contract negotiations, spend management, supplier performance, and stakeholder relationships. The role develops category strategies, qualifies suppliers, consolidates demand, identifies risks and savings opportunities, influences specifications, and executes procurement contracts in a complex project environment.

Lead and improve Systems Engineering and System Safety frameworks, manage a team, support projects, and collaborate for complex engineering solutions.

Lead migration of Thales Orchestra Workbench to cloud-hosted Polarion and support legacy on-prem tools. Administer and automate SE and IVVQ toolchains (DOORS, Polarion, Capella, Pure::Variants), troubleshoot incidents via Jira/GitLab, provide training, and align processes with international teams to ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance.

Lead system safety engineering for autonomous vehicle programs: perform safety analyses (FHA, SOTIF, STPA), develop safety arguments and artefacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivered systems meet safety, regulatory and program requirements.

Support Thales Australia by executing internal audits, control assessments and testing, tracking remediation, validating data integrity, and maintaining control dashboards to minimize risk and ensure timely corrective actions.
