Systems Engineer responsible for technical oversight and systems solution development for the TopSKY ONE air traffic management subsystem. The role requires strong systems engineering expertise and leadership experience in complex systems environments, with an Australian Defence security clearance required.

Lead strategy and implementation for new and existing energetics products. Develop R&D roadmaps, act as the technical authority for energetics, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, support capture and bid activities, translate client requirements into proposals, and build partnerships with academia and subject-matter experts. The role requires expertise in energetic materials for defence applications and experience coordinating complex cross-functional R&D projects using systems engineering, risk management, and defence engineering governance practices.

Supports finance applications, ERP systems, reporting, access reviews, process improvements, data extraction, and monthly close activities. The role implements and enhances financial systems including Oracle Financials, Planning Analytics, Basware, BlackLine, and business intelligence tools. It requires advanced SQL, accounting expertise, ERP implementation experience, change management, and collaboration across finance and broader business systems. Australian citizenship and eligibility for a Defence security clearance are required.

Design, develop, prototype, trial, and validate mechanical and electrical components for military and specialist vehicles. Create and optimize precision 3D CAD models, interpret technical documentation, perform engineering calculations, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, quality systems, and defense standards. The role collaborates across engineering disciplines and supports design qualification activities for tactical vehicle systems.

Manages ISIT procurement categories, supplier portfolios, strategic sourcing, RFIs and RFQs, contract negotiations, spend management, supplier performance, and stakeholder relationships. The role develops category strategies, qualifies suppliers, consolidates demand, identifies risks and savings opportunities, influences specifications, and executes procurement contracts in a complex project environment.

Lead system safety engineering for autonomous vehicle programs: perform safety analyses (FHA, SOTIF, STPA), develop safety arguments and artefacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivered systems meet safety, regulatory and program requirements.
