Administer and automate SE and IVVQ toolchains (DOORS, Polarion, Capella, Pure::Variants), troubleshoot incidents via Jira/GitLab, provide training, and align processes with international teams to ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance.

Lead system safety engineering for autonomous vehicle programs: perform safety analyses (FHA, SOTIF, STPA), develop safety arguments and artefacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivered systems meet safety, regulatory and program requirements.

Lead product marketing for Land and Munitions product lines, transforming market and customer insights into targeted campaigns, sales materials, and go-to-market strategies. Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Digital and global teams to identify opportunities, inform business decisions, and drive commercial growth in defence markets.

Support Thales Australia by executing internal audits, control assessments and testing, tracking remediation, validating data integrity, and maintaining control dashboards to minimize risk and ensure timely corrective actions.

Owner of the Education South sector portfolio responsible for strategic account and territory plans, expanding active accounts and new business, building executive relationships across education institutions, aligning cybersecurity solutions to client priorities, positioning Thales as a long-term partner, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining CRM, forecasting and pipeline to meet sales targets.

Manage and maintain enterprise Linux server environments, SAN/NAS storage and VMware ESX virtualization. Implement automation (Ansible, Python), security hardening, backups/disaster recovery, and ITIL processes to ensure reliable, secure operations across development, test, and production systems.
