Provide client-facing administration, support, and production management for Charles River IMS SaaS/managed services. Responsibilities include user administration, parameter/configuration changes, availability and performance tuning, patching and upgrades, monitoring daily operations, DR/business continuity support, vendor coordination, client onboarding, process improvement, automation tool implementation, and periodic out-of-hours support.

Implement, test, certify, configure and support FIX connections for Charles River Network clients. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors, perform broker compatibility testing/certification, maintain network services databases and documentation, provide periodic off-hours support, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and perform occasional on-site work.

Support clients post go-live for Charles River (CRIMS) implementations: gather and document requirements, configure and tune the application, train users, test workflows, troubleshoot with technical/product teams, manage client issue tracking, and validate defect fixes while advising on best practices and potential product enhancements.

Client-facing production support role for Charles River IMS SaaS/managed services. Provide user administration, configuration, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, operational monitoring, problem resolution, DR/BC support, vendor coordination, process improvement, and periodic out-of-hours assistance.
