Build and maintain resilient, secure, cost-efficient cloud backend services for conversational search and content intelligence. Design distributed, event-driven systems, embed DevSecOps, maintain CI/CD and IaC, optimize AWS spend, integrate generative AI/RAG safely, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable production services in Node.js/TypeScript on AWS.

Lead technical ownership of the Discovery domain: design and operate scalable, resilient AWS cloud systems for conversational search and content intelligence. Drive event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, FinOps, and safe Generative AI (RAG/AWS Bedrock) integration. Implement IaC, optimize costs and observability, write backend services in Node.js/TypeScript, run architecture workshops, and perform code reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Design and implement SDLC observability pipelines using tool APIs to collect, aggregate, and visualize engineering and quality metrics. Build self-service dashboards for Engineering Managers, define and automate Key Quality Indicators, analyze SDLC friction, and embed quality best practices across teams. Partner with Quality and Engineering leadership to drive process maturity and enable data-driven decision-making.
