Quality Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing across a cloud-based digital experience platform. Duties include developing TypeScript and Playwright UI and end-to-end test automation, writing test cases, investigating and reporting bugs, validating fixes, supporting Agile delivery, documenting quality processes, and improving testing practices. The role also provides guidance to junior engineers and collaborates with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Lead strategic product design for enterprise B2B SaaS and AI-powered products. Shape and validate roadmap concepts, facilitate collaborative prototyping, design intelligent AI workflows and analytics, and define scalable design-system primitives. Partner closely with product and engineering leadership to balance rapid exploration with polished production delivery. Guide ambiguous initiatives toward clear, feasible, human-centered experiences.

Build and maintain resilient, secure, cost-efficient cloud backend services for conversational search and content intelligence. Design distributed, event-driven systems, embed DevSecOps, maintain CI/CD and IaC, optimize AWS spend, integrate generative AI/RAG safely, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable production services in Node.js/TypeScript on AWS.

Lead technical ownership of the Discovery domain: design and operate scalable, resilient AWS cloud systems for conversational search and content intelligence. Drive event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, FinOps, and safe Generative AI (RAG/AWS Bedrock) integration. Implement IaC, optimize costs and observability, write backend services in Node.js/TypeScript, run architecture workshops, and perform code reviews to ensure operational excellence.
