Responsibilities include moderation, announcements, events, giveaways, customer replies, outage updates, community programs, social listening, sentiment and engagement reporting, and escalating recurring player issues to product and support teams. The role focuses on strengthening brand advocacy, reducing support demand, improving retention, and keeping online communities active and informed.
