As an ITSM Atlassian Consultant, you'll implement and manage Atlassian products, provide expert guidance, resolve technical issues, and ensure project success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Serve as a strategic, senior technical advisor for enterprise customers using the Atlassian platform. Define roadmaps, design architectures and integrations, guide governance and change management, mentor consultants, support sales and prototyping, and create reusable assets and thought leadership to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Lead design, development, and implementation of Atlassian solutions. Gather business and technical requirements, provide best-practice guidance, run workshops, manage customer engagements, support roll-out and adoption, assist proposals and sales calls, and advise internal processes as a senior technical consultant.
