Lead discovery, design, and delivery of Agentic AI POCs on the ServiceNow platform in 3-4 week sprints. Scope and run consultative workshops, configure AI agents, integrate enterprise data sources, build reusable prompt libraries and agent templates, support sales technical positioning, and orchestrate engineers to produce production-ready prototypes and handoffs.

Lead post-sales adoption and success for strategic enterprise accounts. Act as trusted advisor to C-levels, drive business transformation, ensure renewals and expansion, mitigate risks, set success metrics, and align cross-functional teams to realize value from ServiceNow and AI-driven solutions.

Partner with sales to run account-based marketing for strategic ANZ enterprise accounts: execute pursuit-specific pipeline programs, build multi-year ABM plans, maintain account profiles and contact databases, coordinate assets with design and agencies, use AI for targeting and personalization, track engagement and pipeline metrics, and manage program budgets.
