Supports national sales operations by reviewing RFQs, selecting and sizing products, preparing technical proposals and quotations, processing customer orders, and managing contracts. Coordinates with customers, factories, supply chain, engineering, production, accounts, and shipping to ensure accurate information and on-time delivery. Maintains quotation and contractual records, raises purchase orders, expedites suppliers, reviews order confirmations, and supports process improvement and employee training.

Lead and execute Australia-specific D365 implementations: develop detailed implementation and cutover plans, coordinate cross-functional site readiness, manage risks/RAID, align central programme with local teams, oversee go-live, early life support and post-go-live stabilization, and track implementation KPIs.
