Owns the technical pre-sales lifecycle for the RecordPoint SaaS platform, including customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proposals, RFP responses, and implementation planning. Partners with sales, product, marketing, engineering, and customers to support lead conversion, deployments, upselling, product improvements, and technical enablement. The role also promotes the developer platform through events and thought leadership.

Own partner-sourced revenue across the Southern region by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and activating channel partners. Co-sell with partners and direct sales teams, develop joint campaigns, maintain 5x pipeline coverage, forecast accurately, and deliver partner contribution to regional quota. Build durable partner relationships, manage joint business plans and MDF activity, resolve channel conflict, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner operations. Travel across the region and pass a police background check.

Own technical onboarding from kickoff to first-value: deploy and configure data connectors, manage integrations and authentication, produce runbooks, troubleshoot issues, prepare go-live evidence, and support post-live configuration, migrations, and technical advice to ensure customer success.

Generate qualified early-stage SaaS pipeline via inbound follow-up and targeted outbound prospecting. Qualify leads through consultative discovery, partner with AEs for handover, support ABM and marketing, and maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
