Designs and presents geospatial solutions using satellite imagery for Australian and New Zealand defense and intelligence customers. Advises technical and executive stakeholders, supports tenders and proposals, leads customer engagements, collaborates with sales and product teams, and represents customer needs internally. The role also mentors team members, delivers workshops, processes imagery and geospatial data, and supports technical sales objectives. It is remote in Australia with up to 50% travel and requires Australian security clearance eligibility.

Manage low-touch onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansions for small global customers (APAC/Japan). Provide product adoption support, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain client communications to ensure value realization.
