Manages workplace strategy, facilities, building assets, cleanroom operations, ESG initiatives, budgets, vendors, contractors, landlords, travel arrangements, and workplace programs across Melbourne and Irvine. Oversees compliance with Australian OH&S and U.S. OSHA requirements, leads facilities projects, manages office services and reception, supports space planning, and supervises an Office Administrator. The role also provides senior stakeholder communication, operational updates, risk management, and people leadership.

Supports the Australian business across the full HR employee lifecycle, advises managers on people matters, and contributes to HR initiatives. Designs, delivers, and tracks learning and development programs, maintains the L&D calendar, creates training materials, and facilitates sessions at Australian and international sites. The role also manages talent administration in HiBob, supports employee relations, and builds strong relationships across the organization.
