Partner with ecosystem stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, diagnose user and partner pain points, and translate them into product requirements and prototypes. Maintain deep knowledge of BNB Chain (BSC, opBNB, BNB Greenfield), research emerging technologies (e.g., AI tooling), and drive cross-functional alignment to move opportunities from discovery to prototype while tracking outcomes.

Perform full-stack on-chain and product analytics: query on-chain data, profile ecosystem actors, benchmark protocols, define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable briefs for strategy, BD, product, and growth teams.

Conduct hands-on exploration of blockchain use cases, build prototypes and tooling, research on-chain ecosystems and protocols, synthesize findings into technical reports, and collaborate with protocol and product teams to inform BNB Chain infrastructure decisions.

Develop, maintain, and optimize core blockchain client software including node implementation, P2P networking, and consensus. Implement features, perform code reviews, troubleshoot synchronization/state/transaction issues, and contribute to documentation and technical specs.

Build and maintain the BNB Chain middleware stack to simplify data fetching, transaction signing, and smart contract interactions. Create reusable SDKs and UI components for dApp developers, manage protocol integrations, and improve developer UX for wallet connectivity and transaction flows.

Lead product strategy and execution for BNBChain ecosystem verticals (DeFi, payments, AI, stablecoins). Define roadmaps, write PRDs, set KPIs, use on-chain analytics, conduct competitive research, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch and iterate products used by developers and millions of users.
