Regular travel throughout the region is required.

Leads the Talent Acquisition function, develops recruitment and workforce strategies, and manages a high-performing team. Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment performance, analytics, onboarding, compliance, and process improvement. The role drives operational excellence, technology-enabled innovation, candidate experience, diversity outcomes, and alignment between talent initiatives and organisational objectives.

Leads the Integration, DevOps and Environments team, overseeing integration solution design, development, infrastructure, testing and operational reliability. Builds a high-performing team, provides technical leadership, manages stakeholder and vendor relationships, monitors risk and performance, and drives continuous improvement. Requires experience with integration technologies, API management, software development methodologies, integration architecture, Agile practices and troubleshooting complex integration issues. MuleSoft, OpenShift and containerization experience are highly regarded.

Lead the Regulatory Strategy team and develop regulatory strategy, engagement frameworks, and compliance practices. Oversee regulatory change, advise on transformation and integration programs, strengthen risk management, engage with APRA and industry forums, and embed regulatory obligations across the bank. The role also includes leading a high-performing team, developing compliance capability, and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Manages and grows mortgage broker partnerships for home lending, including business development plans, broker accreditation, onboarding, relationship management, industry events, and performance growth. Provides leadership and coaching to the broker lending team while coordinating internal partners to meet service levels and KPIs. Requires mortgage lending sales experience, broker market knowledge, credit risk awareness, and success achieving lending targets.
