Provide commercial, transactional, regulatory, and legal advice across renewable energy projects, including development, construction, operations, and project finance. Draft and negotiate NDAs, consultancy agreements, EPC, O&M, PPA, and related contracts. Support day-to-day legal operations, manage external counsel, assess legal risk, and advise stakeholders on infrastructure, land access, planning, environmental, construction dispute, and Australian energy market matters.

Own wholesale distribution to wealth management firms, family offices and large advisers. Build and deepen relationships, execute distribution strategies, identify and convert opportunities, represent the firm at events, collaborate internally on positioning, mentor juniors and travel domestically as required to meet capital-raising targets.
