Leads Moderna’s Australia Quality organization and end-to-end QA strategy for sterile drug substance and drug product manufacturing. Owns GxP compliance, inspection readiness, QMS performance, TGA interactions, contamination control, quality risk management, and regulatory readiness across Australia and APAC. Partners with site, country, regional, and global leadership; develops Quality capabilities, succession plans, and a high-performing team; and oversees quality systems, audits, manufacturing readiness, and continuous improvement.

Provide QA oversight for equipment, process, and laboratory validation across drug product manufacturing. Lead review and approval of validation documentation, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls. Support technology transfer, inspection readiness, and coach cross-functional teams on GMP, risk-based decision making, and quality systems.
