Responsibilities include hardware evaluation, BGP and EVPN-VXLAN network design, congestion management, connectivity integration, automation, monitoring, documentation, vendor collaboration, troubleshooting, and technical escalation. The role also develops network architectures, supports deployments, and provides technical guidance to leadership and customers.

Leads a team of operations analysts supporting global data center infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing escalations, incidents, hardware and storage operations, rack-and-stack work, Linux and Windows administration, IPMI/BMC configurations, documentation, shift coverage, coaching, and process improvements. The role coordinates with remote data center technicians and leads root cause analysis for complex infrastructure failures while maintaining operational standards and SLAs.

Lead global infrastructure operations across multiple data centers, including server and storage maintenance, rack and stack work, operating system installation, troubleshooting, RAID and disk lifecycle management, and IPMI/BMC administration. Coordinate remote data center technicians, perform root cause analysis, improve documentation and escalation workflows, handle incidents, and mentor junior team members. The role also supports automation, monitoring, and continuous operational improvements.

Operate and improve global network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, monitoring systems, and security networks. Troubleshoot production incidents, provide L1/L2 and partial L3 support, coordinate with carriers and data centers, perform root cause analysis, support network expansions, maintain documentation, and improve monitoring and alerting. The role requires calm incident response, strong communication, operational ownership, and a Cisco CCNA certification.

Leads the third-shift network operations team while serving as the primary overnight technical escalation point. Responsibilities include provisioning and delivering bare-metal servers, configuring hardware, firmware, RAID, operating systems, networking, and IPMI/BMC access. The role coordinates data center and remote-hands activities, tracks delivery deadlines, handles escalations and incident response, maintains accurate documentation, follows runbooks, and improves operational processes. It also mentors Senior Network Analysts and supports continuous improvement across a 24x7 network operations environment.

Design and deploy predictive forecasting and analytics to support Revenue operations. Build models for forecasting, churn, expansion, and pipeline analytics; create scalable dashboards; partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve data quality, KPI governance, and executive reporting to drive data-driven decisions and AI readiness.
