Administer and optimize Salesforce while supporting its implementation and migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role manages configuration, users, permissions, data governance, security, integrations, reporting, automation, releases, vendor coordination, training, and user adoption. It supports fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, marketing, and organizational decision-making through reliable CRM processes and data insights.

Supports donor, supporter, and corporate partner engagement through responsive communications, donation processing, CRM record-keeping, events, fundraising initiatives, volunteering coordination, site visits, briefing materials, and relationship follow-up. The role also provides administrative and coordination support across the Partnerships and Engagement team while helping deliver positive donor and partner experiences.
