Lead and coordinate the onsite support team at Elizabeth Street Common Ground to deliver high-quality housing support and case management for people with complex needs. Provide supervision, rostering, recruitment, incident response, stakeholder advocacy, and ensure funding agreement and organisational standards are met.

Provide assertive outreach and intensive, client-centred case management to people sleeping rough. Develop and implement case plans, advocate with partner agencies, support housing sustainment, coordinate multidisciplinary care, maintain reporting, and contribute to team culture and continuous improvement while prioritising client and staff safety.

Deliver crisis and ongoing case management to women experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including assessment, case planning, advocacy, linkage to services, incident response, record keeping and supporting clients toward sustainable housing outcomes.

Provide outreach-focused case management and tenancy support to vulnerable public and some community housing tenants to sustain tenancies. Assess clients, develop time-sensitive case plans, advocate at VCAT and with agencies, liaise for services, and implement strategies to address rent arrears, hoarding, antisocial behaviour and other tenancy risks.

Provide leadership as Chair of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee to ensure robust financial oversight, audit integrity, risk management and internal controls. Lead committee meetings, oversee external and internal audit arrangements, review financial reporting and compliance, ensure the risk management framework is fit for purpose, and report recommendations to the Board while maintaining independence and strong relationships with management and external advisors.

Provides intensive, outreach-based case management to families and children experiencing housing instability. The role develops individualized case plans, supports families to establish or maintain housing, connects clients with community resources, maximizes access to income assistance, and coordinates education, health, employment, and recreational services. Case Managers engage sensitively with vulnerable and culturally diverse clients while prioritizing children’s needs and collaborating with external stakeholders.
