Lead AI capability-building programs for not-for-profit organisations through training, mentoring, consultations, webinars, workflow and prototype design, practical resource development, and responsible AI governance. Advise NFPs across digital foundations, applications, IT management, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Coach Hub staff, deliver regional capability programs, conduct requirements analysis, write reports, design solutions, and manage stakeholders and multiple projects.

Works with clients to gather requirements, configure SaaS client and case management solutions, troubleshoot issues, manage small to medium implementation projects, create documentation, and train end users. The role also supports sales enquiries, proposals, demonstrations, workshops, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and delivery of solutions within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
