Designs, develops, and implements AI-powered workflows and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and related platforms. The role integrates automation into business processes, applies responsible AI, security, privacy, and risk controls, and creates reusable resources for not-for-profit organisations. Responsibilities also include documentation, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, workshops, mentoring, advisory support, continuous improvement, and translating complex technical concepts into practical outcomes.

Lead Infoxchange’s Data as a Strategic Asset Program by developing data strategy, governance, stewardship, privacy, and ethical-use frameworks. Review data assets and information practices, align stakeholders, support customer insight use cases, create an implementation roadmap, and establish processes that build long-term organisational data capability and improve social impact.
