As an Implementation Consultant, you will analyze customer requirements, configure solutions, manage projects, provide support, and deliver training for community organizations.

Provide Level 1 (and some Level 2) IT support across cloud and on‑prem customer environments. Troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints, printers and Office 365 apps, manage incidents within SLA, assist security incident triage, implement network security measures, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT services.

Lead end-to-end event production and project management for Infoxchange, including bookings and administration for community programs, managing speaking requests, recruiting/managing contractors and volunteers, overseeing event collateral and inventory, supporting event communications, and acting as project manager and logistics lead for the 2027 Technology for Social Justice conference.
