As a Clinical Research Associate, you'll conduct site visits for clinical trials, ensuring compliance and data integrity, and collaborating with investigators.

Serve as primary ICON liaison to investigator sites, build/maintain site relationships, support multiple studies, coordinate with clinical teams, monitor site performance and start-up timelines, gather site feedback, and drive site engagement and improvement actions.

Manage negotiations and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets independently, collaborating with sites and stakeholders to ensure efficient study start-up.
