Drive new business in Australia via outbound and inbound outreach, engaging MSPs by phone/email to qualify leads and book meetings for AEs. Execute high-volume calling (50+ calls/day), maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with sales management on targeting and messaging, and help improve processes and tools.

Provide first-line, customer-facing technical support for Huntress products; troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, escalate incidents, follow up to resolution, update documentation, and continually learn product and environment specifics to maintain high CSAT.

Provide first-line SOC support and act as intermediary between partners/customers and the SOC. Deliver phone/email/chat support, explain SOC actions, lead partner calls, troubleshoot product issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to knowledge-base content.

Manage and grow a book of SaaS customers in APAC, driving renewals, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction while coordinating with reseller/VAR partners and internal teams to remove blockers and document CRM activity.
