Provide first-line, customer-facing technical support for Huntress products; troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, escalate incidents, follow up to resolution, update documentation, and continually learn product and environment specifics to maintain high CSAT.

Build joint go-to-market plans, execute demand generation and pipeline acceleration, deliver sales enablement and training, and track partner-sourced revenue and funnel metrics to drive recurring revenue growth.

Manage and scale a 24/7 Security Operations Center by defining processes, shift coverage, training, and playbooks. Drive analyst development in forensics, IR, malware analysis, detection engineering, and threat hunting. Coordinate with Product, Support, and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize new capabilities, maintain QA, report on OKRs, and contribute to public-facing engagements.
