Leads grid automation projects from planning through closeout, managing teams, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, procurement, customer relationships, compliance, and project acceptance. The role coordinates internal and external resources, monitors financial performance, supports supplier negotiations, ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance, and applies project execution best practices. Experience in power generation, particularly battery storage, solar, or wind, and knowledge of electrical engineering and BESS control systems are desired.

Leads technical planning, design, integration, testing, and delivery of complex engineering projects. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and compliance, and resolves technical issues. Prepares technical documentation and client presentations while ensuring performance, reliability, safety, and quality standards. Requires an engineering or related technical degree, 3–5 years of project engineering experience, strong project management and analytical skills, proficiency with engineering tools, excellent communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Leads electrical engineering activities across high-voltage equipment and power substation projects, including design, testing, commissioning, installation, quality assurance, and technical documentation. Supports tenders, estimates, budgets, schedules, risk management, contract compliance, supplier evaluation, and customer engagement. Provides technical leadership and mentoring while ensuring safety, quality, commercial, and engineering standards are met.
