Lead and execute technical accounting advisory engagements, perform complex accounting and financial analysis, draft client reports, manage project workstreams, supervise and coach junior staff, develop client relationships, and support business development and audit readiness efforts.

Serve as front-of-house for the Melbourne office: answer and route calls, manage voicemail and mail, coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics, greet visitors, handle couriers, perform general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, reports), assist with events, and maintain reception and client kitchen areas.
