Oversee mental health and forensic mental health legal matters, litigation, regulatory investigations, statutory compliance, governance, contracts, external legal panels, and legal risk management. The role also requires leadership of an in-house legal team and engagement with courts, tribunals, oversight bodies, and government regulators.
