Partner with financial advisers to produce compliant SoAs, RoAs and review reports. Perform client data analysis, cashflow modelling, investment and insurance research, portfolio reporting, and maintain advice systems and templates to ensure accurate, timely advice delivery.

Provide end-to-end bookkeeping for a client portfolio: accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll and superannuation, BAS/IAS lodgements, GST compliance, management reporting, and lead an offshore bookkeeping team to ensure timely, accurate delivery and process improvements.

Support advisers by preparing Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, review reports and client documentation; gather and validate client data; maintain records in Xplan; assist research, cashflow modelling, portfolio reviews, implementation and compliance; participate in training and continuous improvement.

Support front-line investment teams by managing middle-office tasks: client onboarding, asset transfers, cash payments, reconciliations, account maintenance, databases/CRM updates, report preparation, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
