Analyzes banking operational workflows, identifies process inefficiencies, gathers and documents business requirements, and translates needs into functional specifications. Supports UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking; collaborates with IT and stakeholders on system and process implementations; provides operational tool training; and helps maintain regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. The role also monitors banking trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies while supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Manages credit risk audit activities across planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue validation. Leads audit teams, determines scope and testing approaches, drafts audit opinions and reports, reviews workpapers, evaluates internal controls, and tracks remediation. Builds relationships with audit clients, management, regulators, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and Institute of Internal Auditors standards. Mentors auditors and may oversee talent management responsibilities.

Processes legal documents served on bank customer accounts, including restraining notices, subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and writs. Places and removes account holds, collects processing fees, sends customer notifications, prepares subpoena responses, answers inquiries, and maintains files in OnBase. Also processes foreign customer tax certifications, backup withholding, and non-resident alien documentation while following regulatory and compliance requirements.

Manage vehicle title administration and off-lease tracking for an equipment finance portfolio. Produce reports, maintain title records, provide title releases, follow up with lessors/ESOs, and support Asset & Portfolio Management teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of lease and loan documentation; coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders; maintain accurate booking/funding data; mentor junior staff; propose process improvements and support special projects while adhering to regulatory requirements.
