Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to executives in Equipment Finance: manage calendars and travel, prepare reports and presentations, draft communications, maintain records and supplies, coordinate meetings and events, handle inquiries, and execute special projects while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Lead and manage the Internal Audit Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP). Design and execute QAIP reviews, set quality standards and metrics, oversee remediation, develop annual QAIP plans, advise audit leadership, present findings to stakeholders, and lead a small QAIP team including training, performance management, and recruitment. Ensure compliance with IIA guidance, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of audit methodology and deliverables.

Lead and manage internal audits across the audit lifecycle, draft audit opinions/reports, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, mentor staff, oversee audit planning, testing, and remediation tracking, and maintain relationships with audit clients and leadership.

Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of lease and loan documentation; coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders; maintain accurate booking/funding data; mentor junior staff; propose process improvements and support special projects while adhering to regulatory requirements.
