Provide administrative, operational, and office coordination support for the Melbourne office. Responsibilities include managing office operations and supplies, front-desk duties, supporting marketing/people/legal/research teams, basic client system and CRM support, onboarding/termination/license management, and preparing branded documents using InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word.

Lead investment strategy and portfolio construction, serve as an Investment Committee voting member, manage key client relationships, build quantitative models and tools, collaborate with internal teams and external managers to meet client objectives and optimise asset allocation.
