Drives new business and revenue growth across healthcare and technology partner accounts in Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include relationship management, partner program development, pipeline and sales target management, partner team training, escalation handling, process improvement, customer finance solutions, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong equipment financing expertise, particularly in technology and healthcare markets, along with autonomous execution, compliance focus, and excellent communication skills.

Provides internal sales support for equipment finance transactions from application through booking and settlement. Manages customer, vendor, and dealer queries; prepares contracts and security documentation; coordinates approvals with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management; ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. Tracks pipeline activity, KPIs, and service levels while resolving issues, supporting account managers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Provide first-line internal sales support for AGCO Finance across application to settlement, managing quotes, credit applications, documentation, AML checks, and liaising with Credit/Risk/Legal/Operations. Ensure timely, accurate processing to meet business targets, proactively manage pipelines, prepare contracts, champion process improvement and cross-train within the team while meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction, turnaround times and first-time-right metrics.
