Supports new customers through DigiCert platform onboarding and activation. Leads or joins kickoff calls, explains platform features and workflows, delivers training, encourages adoption, answers usage questions, coordinates validation and certificate infrastructure setup, collaborates with Support and Deployment teams, maintains onboarding documentation, and confirms customer readiness for deployment.

Perform due diligence on applicants for SSL and Code Signing certificates, verifying organizational and domain legitimacy, confirming contact authority, and flagging suspicious applications. Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone to resolve application issues, follow policy guidelines, assist in process improvements, mentor new team members, and participate in projects to improve operational effectiveness.
