Jobs at Deepgram

Lead technical discovery and design POCs for enterprise customers across APAC. Build prototypes with Deepgram SDKs/APIs, advise on architecture (cloud, self-hosted, hybrid), handle security/privacy compliance, triage evaluation issues, create reusable assets, and enable AEs and partners through demos and technical validation. Support evaluations through production launches and expansions.

Lead architecture and implementation of Deepgram STT, TTS, and voice-agent deployments across APAC. Own post-sales technical success, Tier-3 escalation, performance tuning, and production migrations. Design reference architectures, build reusable samples and automation, drive root-cause analysis, contribute to pre-sales POCs, and partner with Product/Engineering. Produce runbooks and documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and travel regionally (10–20%).
