Design and run large-scale LLM evaluation and observability for production AI features: sampling, LLM-as-judge, human-in-the-loop labeling, monitoring, regression detection, and continuous improvement. Build LLM-powered root-cause analysis and recommended fixes, own feedback loops (prompt engineering, labeling, evaluation), enable teams with reusable tooling and docs, and partner with product, data science and people science to map measured quality to customer value.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for platform-level features and cross-product releases. Manage positioning, launch tactics, enablement, adoption, and customer communications (webinars, newsletters, roadmap). Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and CS to drive adoption, retention and expansion, and develop PMM assets and change management for platform migrations.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Culture Amp's Performance product suite. Own positioning, messaging, launches, adoption, retention, and sales/CS enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS, use buyer research and competitive intelligence, and build GTM toolkits and demo narratives to drive adoption and expansion.

Design and ship agentic AI features: build stateful multi-turn conversational systems, memory and context graphs, RAG and hybrid search, data pipelines and integrations, production LLM evaluation and observability, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and partner with product and people science to deliver scalable, responsible AI in production.

Work with engineers and data scientists to design, develop, evaluate and deploy AI-powered product features. Build robust data pipelines, LLM-based enrichment and evaluation systems, define metrics and experiments, uplift data quality, and collaborate across product, engineering and people-science teams to prove customer value.
