The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving customer adoption and retention of the Crunchtime platform, optimizing product value, managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and advocating for customers by collaborating with internal teams.

As an International Business Development Representative, you will drive awareness of Crunchtime within Retail and Food Services. Your key responsibilities include conducting cold calls, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives. You will also engage in campaigns and utilize SalesForce and LinkedIn to generate interest in Crunchtime's solutions among potential clients.

As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with the sales team to align Crunchtime’s software solutions with client needs. Your role involves technical evaluations, tailored presentations, solution demonstrations, and deep product knowledge to facilitate sales success. You will also manage relationships with clients and assist with RFPs and marketing events.
