Provides administrative and operational support to Global Program leaders and teams. Responsibilities include calendaring, meeting and event coordination, process improvement, budget and expenditure tracking, basic data analysis, communications, stakeholder training, project tracking, and maintaining metrics and dashboards. The role also manages logistics for domestic THRIVE events and may coordinate visas, hotels, and transportation for international participants. This is a part-time temporary position requiring event planning experience, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and a related bachelor’s degree.

Paid, in-person summer internship at Compassion International’s Colorado Springs headquarters. Interns may work in business support, donor relations or research, global programs, graphic design, legal, marketing, people and culture, or project management. The program includes hands-on work, professional development, mentorship, spiritual formation, and community engagement. Applicants must be Christian, meet child-protection and cultural expectations, be a college junior, senior, or recent graduate, and work full-time from May 24 through July 30, 2027.
