Plan and execute rolling upgrades across tens of thousands of ClickHouse clusters, own the full release pipeline, investigate and resolve production issues (including on-call), and build automation and tooling to make large-scale database operations safer and repeatable while collaborating with core database and cloud infrastructure teams.

Design, benchmark, and optimize ClickHouse Cloud performance at scale. Troubleshoot production issues, tune configurations, run chaos experiments, build measurement tools, and collaborate with core, cloud, and security teams to improve system resilience and scalability.

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will assist customers with ClickHouse, provide technical solutions, and collaborate with teams to enhance support services while building strong client relationships.

Provide consultative support and project engineering for enterprise customers: design, architecture, integration, implementation, performance testing, migrations, and documentation. Handle L1-L3 support, assist with POCs and production launches, collaborate with product/engineering/sales, create public/internal content, mentor hires, and provide on-call/global support with up to 35% regional travel.
