The Solutions Architect will facilitate pre-sales evaluations, engage with AI engineering teams, design reference implementations, source opportunities, and represent ClickHouse in the Langfuse community, focusing on LLM observability.

The role involves ensuring the reliability of cloud infrastructure, incident management, system design, and collaboration with engineering teams for ClickHouse Cloud.

Provide consultative engineering and high-tier support for enterprise ClickHouse customers. Split time between project engineering (architecture, integration, performance testing, migrations, tooling) and consultative support (L1-L3 cases, onboarding, POCs). Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales, create documentation and benchmarks, mentor hires, participate in on-call rotation, and travel up to 35% for onsite regional work.

Provide technical, customer-facing support for ClickHouse users across APJ/APAC/EMEA via tickets, chat, Slack, and calls. Troubleshoot, triage, and mentor colleagues; develop documentation, knowledge base content, and reusable solutions; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market for product feedback and proofs-of-concept.

Serve as APJ People Business Partner Lead, advising regional leaders on org design, performance, compliance, and people programs. Own regional HR operations, policy localization, vendor coordination, and execution of performance, compensation, and talent initiatives while partnering with Legal, Finance, and global People teams.

As a Database Reliability Engineer, you will enhance ClickHouse's reliability and performance, manage incident responses, and aid multiple teams in effective ClickHouse implementation.

Design, benchmark, and optimize ClickHouse Cloud performance at scale. Troubleshoot production issues, tune configurations, run chaos experiments, build measurement tools, and collaborate with core, cloud, and security teams to improve system resilience and scalability.
