As a Principal AI Engineer, you will design and build the knowledge graph architecture using Neo4j, develop an intelligence service in Go, and create an evaluation infrastructure for a sports performance technology platform. You will be responsible for integrating product data into a cohesive knowledge layer and setting technical standards for the team, with a focus on using AI coding tools as primary development resources.

Develop firmware solutions for wearable sports technology, work on new hardware, collaborate with engineers, and ensure product quality and functionality.

Lead end-to-end hardware and firmware product development for on-field sports devices. Translate customer insights into roadmaps and specifications, partner with engineering, industrial design, manufacturing and QA, run field tests and beta/G A deployments, track product metrics, and drive production readiness, cost, reliability and lifecycle improvements to deliver connected wearable and capture infrastructure.

Orchestrate AI-assisted workflows and multi-agent reasoning over a shared knowledge base; build customer-facing intelligence (knowledge graph, context synthesis, evaluation), internal AI tooling, and integrations (auth, ingestion, data flows). Query and update the team's MCP knowledge store, produce verified end-to-end outputs, and capture architectural learnings for the engineering team.
