Build executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, develop account and value plans, identify retention risks, manage forecasts, and coordinate Customer Success, Services, Legal, Finance, and executive sponsors. The role requires driving multi-year, multi-product agreements and measurable customer outcomes while consistently achieving retention and expansion targets.

Own full enterprise deal cycles for Braze's customer engagement platform, selling to senior stakeholders. Prospect, qualify, and close $100K–$1M+ deals using value-based selling and MEDPICC, build executive relationships, expand existing accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with BD, marketing, customer success, and services.
