Manage a high-volume portfolio of enterprise and commercial SaaS customers through scalable, tech-touch engagement. Drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewal readiness, and expansion using digital touchpoints, customer health signals, playbooks, automation, and success workflows. Maintain customer data, identify account risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes and optimize scaled customer success programs.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities by researching prospects, conducting approximately 100 daily outbound activities, nurturing leads, scheduling product walkthroughs, maintaining the sales pipeline, and partnering with Account Executives. The role requires learning Brandwatch’s SaaS products, staying informed on industry trends, participating in training, and working effectively in a quota-driven environment.
