Owns new business acquisition, key account management, RFQ/RFI/RFP responses, proposals, renewals, account planning, client relationships, and solution sales. The role drives revenue and margin growth by expanding client adoption of CX/CCaaS, digital workplace, networking, cybersecurity, and related services. Responsibilities include roadmap and innovation sessions, client demonstrations, vendor certifications, strategic value-based selling, and accurate Salesforce opportunity management. Requires strong commercial, communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and industry expertise, plus a proven history of exceeding sales targets.

Acquire new clients, manage key accounts, respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, develop proposals and quotes, oversee renewals, conduct client roadmap sessions, pitch CX and cloud solutions, maintain Salesforce records, achieve revenue and margin targets, and build relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
