Partners with community and operations leaders to prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses. Provides financial insights and advice to non-finance stakeholders, maintains ERP budget accuracy, improves reporting and forecasting processes, and coaches junior finance staff. The role also requires stakeholder relationship management, occasional community visits, and support for resident committees.

Provides front-desk and administrative support in a retirement community. Welcomes residents and visitors, responds to enquiries, maintains common areas, coordinates with stakeholders and contractors, prepares communications, supports community events, and assists the Community Manager. The role requires a warm, organized, adaptable approach and strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
