Lead Amber's core product vision and execution to scale home energy automation and licensing to utilities. Manage PMs, align product, design and engineering, mature product practices, and adapt the platform for multi-market utility partners.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a contact centre, resolve urgent issues, educate customers on Amber products, collaborate with internal teams, suggest process improvements, and advocate for customer experience via phone and Zendesk.

Design end-to-end in-app product experiences and high-value brand/customer communications. Support senior product designers, contribute to flows, design system, email lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints while working collaboratively and at pace.
