Responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, expanding existing business through upselling and cross-selling, developing sales opportunities, coordinating technical specialists, negotiating and closing deals, supporting onboarding, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. The role is incentive eligible, customer-facing for more than half of the time, and requires travel up to 50%.
