Consilio, a legaltech company headquartered in the United States, announced the expansion of its services within Australia. The company established two new data centers in Melbourne and Sydney, allowing it to offer its full suite of legal consulting solutions to enterprises and law firms in the region.

Consilio offers software solutions for electronic discovery data processing and hosting, document review and flexible legal talent. It also provides advisory and transformation consulting services. The company works to provide clients with cost-effective managed services and legal and regulatory industry expertise.

The opening of Consilio’s latest data centers follows the company’s acquisition of Lawyers on Demand in 2023. As enforcement of Australia’s privacy act continues to tighten, the facilities will simplify privacy challenges involved with operating an Australian center for Consilio’s international client base.

“When [Lawyers on Demand] joined the Consilio family, we were excited to expand the full range of Consilio services, including our eDiscovery services, to their multinational and Australian-based clients and prospects,” Andy Macdonald, CEO of Consilio, said in a statement. “Legal teams across the globe are constantly looking for the most secure, scalable solutions, and we will continue to adapt and grow to meet their evolving needs.”
