Build and operate highly reliable card-issuing systems across authorization, clearing, settlement, fulfillment, provisioning, and disputes. Serve as a technical expert on card-network specifications, protocols, certifications, mandates, and production behavior. Develop production software, certification tooling, and shared frameworks; lead complex cross-team initiatives; work directly with card networks; mentor engineers; apply AI-assisted workflows; and participate in on-call incident response for critical financial systems.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll enhance platform reliability, lead incident responses, manage CI/CD practices, and utilize AI for operational efficiency.
